Asked, answered
- How is the AI readiness score calculated? Eight questions score across the dimensions that decide whether AI actually lands in a business: ownership, data, process, tooling and governance. Each answer carries a weight, and the total maps to a band out of 100. The lowest-scoring dimensions are returned as your named gaps.
- Do I have to give my email to see my result? No. The scorecard is open and ungated. You get your score, your band and your three weakest dimensions on screen immediately, with no email and no signup.
- Is my data stored? The scorecard runs in your browser. Answering it does not create an account or send your answers to a salesperson.
- What do the score bands mean? The bands run from Scattered, through Organising, to Operating. Scattered means AI is happening but nobody owns it. Organising means there is intent but no system. Operating means AI is owned, measured and governed like any other function.
What the Reality Check actually is
- AED 3,500, fixed scope, about a week. Two short calls, then a short written report. Not a slide deck, and not a proposal dressed up as a diagnosis.
- A shadow-AI and tool-spend audit. What AI tools are already in use across the business, what they cost, and who is using them without anyone deciding they should.
- Your top three opportunities, scored. Ranked on impact, ease, data-readiness and risk — so the shortlist is defensible rather than whatever is fashionable.
- One priority risk flag. Usually a data-exposure or PDPL issue. The one thing worth fixing before anything else gets built.
- Money-back, and fully credited. If it is not worth the fee, you get it back. If you go further within 90 days, the fee credits in full against a Sprint or your first retainer month.
What this scorecard does not do
- It does not see your data. Eight questions in a browser cannot audit your systems. It tells you where you stand, not what is actually in your stack.
- It does not price anything. The score has no bearing on cost. A low score is not a bigger invoice — it usually just means the first fix is ownership.
- It is not a qualification test. There is no score that disqualifies you and no score that obliges you to do anything. Nobody is notified when you finish it.
